The Washington County Career Center honors its March Students of the Month, Colbie and Carder.   Colbie is a Marietta senior enrolled in the Patient Health Care program.  She is the daughter of Jason and Rebecca of Lowell.   At the Career Center, Colbie is a member of the SkillsUSA youth organization.  She is also the class secretary of her technical program.  She has been consistently on the Career Center’s honor roll.  For SkillsUSA, she will be competing at the state level
