Career Center SkillsUSA Elects Officers

The Business Professionals of America (BPA) organization at the Washington County Career Center elected its chapter officers recently.  The chapter includes students from the Digital Marketing and Graphic Design & Video Production programs.

Officers for the 2026-27 school year are:

• Co-President, Alexis, is a senior from Belpre enrolled in the Digital Marketing program.  She is the daughter of Wil and Melinda of Belpre.

• Co-President, Riley, is a senior from Marietta enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program.  She is the daughter of Michael and Kristin of Marietta.

• Treasurer, Emma, is a senior from Waterford enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program.  She is the granddaughter of John and Rose of Waterford.

• Secretary, Alexis, is a senior from Marietta enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program.  She is the daughter of Brandon and Johnna of Marietta.

• Historian, Scott, is a senior from Marietta enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program.  He is the son of Stephanie of Marietta.

• Parliamentarian, Cole, is a senior from Waterford enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program.  He is the son of Eric and Jenine of Lowell.

The Information Technology programs are a combination of high-level academic courses and state-of-the-art technology courses.  The programs of instruction provide opportunities for students to prepare for and achieve career objectives in business and computer occupations.  Business Professionals of America is a student organization for high school and college students that helps prepare for a world-class workforce.  Through co-curricular programs and services, members compete in technical competitions, develop leadership skills, network with one another and professionals across the nation, and get involved in community service.
