Washington County Career Center to Host Ribbon Cutting for New Health Professions Innovation Center (H-PIC)
The Washington County Career Center will host a ribbon cutting and open house to celebrate the opening of its newly renovated Health Professions Innovation Center (H-PIC) on Tuesday, April 21 . The event will begin at 3:00 PM with a welcome, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3:15 PM in partnership with the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce and the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce . The Career Center Awarded $125,000 CDL Workforce Grant
(Marietta, OH) — The Washington County Career Center (WCCC) Adult Technical Training is proud to announce it has been awarded $125,000 through the Ohio Department of Higher Education’s Commercial Truck Driver Student Aid Program . This is the maximum amount available through the program and will help more students train for careers as commercial truck drivers while strengthening the local workforce.
