Through a partnership with GRIT (Growing Rural Independence Together) and Future Plans, the Career Center is providing training programs designed to build workforce readiness and connect individuals with meaningful career pathways. GRIT and Future Plans work together to empower individuals through career exploration, skill development, and direct connections to employers in the region.
