The Washington County Career Center – Adult Technical Training is now enrolling for its upcoming Modern Manufacturing Supervision with SPC & Minitab program, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities within today’s manufacturing workforce.
This comprehensive, Six Sigma–based training is ideal for manufacturing supervisors, team leads, and emerging leaders seeking to enhance their leadership effectiveness while supporting operational excellence.
Participants will gain hands-on training in:
Leadership foundations
Communication and team building
Coaching and mentoring
Safety, quality, and compliance
Operational success and continuous improvement
Adaptability and change management
The program also includes accredited Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, providing participants with a nationally recognized credential that adds immediate value to both the employee and employer.
Training Dates: March 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7 & 14
Class Time: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Washington County Career Center, 21740 State Route 676, Marietta, OH
Cost: $2,000 per participant
Ohio TechCred reimbursement may be available, helping offset training costs for eligible employers.
A minimum of 12 students is required for this training class to run.
