Small class sizes and a supportive, family-like atmosphere
Choose daytime or evening hours
Great opportunity for retirees or professionals looking to give back
Students are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow
At Adult Technical Training, we offer hands-on programs in Healthcare, Industrial & Trades, Business, Customer Service, and Special Interest Classes — providing opportunities to share your real-world experience with others who are eager to learn.

If you’re unable to attend on November 18, we’d still love to connect with you! Email us at training@thecareercenter.net to schedule a time to meet or learn more about becoming an instructor.
What do our instructors say about teaching?
“Teaching Medical Billing & Coding allows me to share my passion for this field while helping students gain the skills they need to launch rewarding careers. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I’ve helped them reach their goals is what makes teaching so meaningful!”~ Ceola Strahler, Medical Billing & Coding Instructor
“Teaching at The Career Center allows me to share my experience in chemical manufacturing, connect with students, and enjoy flexible scheduling that fits my semi-retired lifestyle. I encourage anyone with expertise to become an instructor—it’s a powerful way to inspire growth and make a lasting difference in our community.”~ Linda Wilson, Chemical Operator / ASPIRE Program Instructor
“I came to The Career Center looking for employees for my HVAC company and ended up in front of the class sharing my experience as a service person. I found support from everyone and great team spirit. It’s so rewarding when I see students I’ve taught who are now in the workplace and able to make a great living.”~ Sam Brookover, HVAC/R Instructor
“The best feeling is knowing you’ve helped someone have a chance at a better life. That could mean being better off financially or starting a career, they truly enjoy. The smiles we see when this happens are worth more than I can describe. This is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had.”~ Gene Bartlett, Training Manager / Instructor, CDL
