Moved by Mr. Lauer and seconded by Mr. Booth to approve the following consent agenda items:

a.       Waive the reading and approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 9, 2023.

b.      Approve the Financial Report by the fund/special cost center, check register, bank reconciliation, and record of cash and investments for March 2023.

c.       Authorize the Treasurer to enter into an agreement with the Auditor of the State’s Local Government Service (LGS) for the purpose of compiling the general-purpose financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. Services will be performed at an anticipated cost, not to exceed $15,000.

a.       Accept the following donations:

1.      Home Builders Association of Washington County, PO Box 1048, Marietta, OH donated $50. The memory of Robert “Bob” George Heiss to the Building Technology program.

2.      Marietta Transfer Company, Inc. PO Box 36, Marietta, OH donated $100 for the toolbox giveaway of the Diesel Truck Mechanics program.

3.      Double D Trucking, 1090 Jett Hill Road, Reno, OH donated $100.00 for the toolbox giveaway of the Diesel Truck Mechanics program.

4.      Jan & Nick Kratsas, 29th Street, Parkersburg, WV donated a 2000 Cadillac to the Auto Mechanics program.
