Industrial Mechanics
In cooperation with local industry, this training program is designed to give students broad-based skills needed by today's maintenance technician. In conjunction with school personnel, the curriculum and the state-of-the-art lab were designed by local industry personnel. Technical training includes a variety of skills to operate and maintain equipment found in commercial and industrial settings.
The program affords students the opportunity to cross-train and earn safety certifications. With the diversity of such basic skills, students are better prepared to work in a wide variety of industrial occupations. Demand for skilled workers continues to grow in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
